Kurisumasu ni wa kentakkii! (Kentucky for Christmas)

The Colonel is the perfect addition to our home in Fall Creek. ❤️ We love Japanese culture and KFC is a popular Christmas tradition in Japan thanks to a 1974 ad campaign. So I knew right away that this shadow box would be a huge hit. We both love the craftsmanship and the graphic design. Kudos to Artovision for their meticulous eye for detail. ✨ The Colonel is currently guarding the Scotch in the hallway and is a great conversation starter. Well done!!! Now “It’s finger eatin’ good” if anyone tries to steal the steal the whisky.

Finger lickin' AWESOME. The eyes follow you about the room. You can practically HEAR the Colonel.

Whilst walking down the aisle at DragonCon, sleep deprived and in a hurry, I caught a glimpse of these wonderful, spectacular things out of the corner of my eye and stopped dead in my tracks. I almost capsized a Stormtrooper. These ARTOVISION pieces are STUNNING. The mask types, like this one, are layered in such a way that as you move the pupils wander about their sockets, riveting you with their gaze. The others I saw were a Devil and a Rat Fink, but this one had to be mine. The magazine covers and digital landscapes in this style are no less arresting, practically sucking you into their world.

These things are SO cool. At present the subject matter wanders through the places where Gen Xer and retro-aficionados live. THIS IS A SPECTACULAR Holiday or Father's Day present for Dad. Well worth the cost, and the solid construction is beautiful. Can not express how much I love the one I bought, and I expect to be buying more.

Kudos.
