All Artovision products are made to order. Each item is custom printed and assembled specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases once production has begun.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Returns and exchanges

Because our products are custom made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-defective items, change-of-mind purchases, or orders placed in error.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. If you need help with a recent order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel or return an order. However, that right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Because Artovision products are made to order, orders shipped into the European Union are not eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued where required by law or where an order is confirmed by us to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
