This is a beautiful piece, I loved it from the photograph but what was delivered was even better than I'd expected. Solid, sturdy, quality construction, even the packaging was well put together. Definitely recommend, it's difficult to find quality like this these days.

The Hobbit was the first book I remember my mom reading to me as a kid. She read it at least twice. It is the book that opened my mind to being a reader. I sent this to my mom for Mother's Day. She cried. My voice cracked. It has a place on her mantle now. My mom says it's perfect in every way, right down to the wood framing. Thank you for your care and imagination.
