The caption reads 彩輝萬夢, which is an abbreviated kanji-only translation meaning 'Endless Dreams in Paint and Light' ".

Created in the modern shin-hanga style by artist Jed Henry / Ukiyo-e Heroes, which was dominant in the early 1900s at the peak of Japanese woodblock technique. Shin-hanga prints are known for their intricate realism, and require many dozens of impressions with hand-carved wood blocks.
