Rush's Clockwork Angels is the band's ambitious 2012 concept album and final studio masterpiece: a steampunk epic written with novelist Kevin J. Anderson, featuring Neil Peart's most novelistic lyrics and the band's most orchestral arrangements.
The album's cover depicts a clock marked with alchemical symbols instead of numbers. It displays the time as 9:12, which in 24-hour time is 21:12, a reference to the band's fourth studio album, 2112 and an unintentional reference to drummer Neil Peart’s birthday, September 12th.
This collectible shadowbox art piece measures 14" x 14" x 2 1/2" and comes ready to hang with an official Rush Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
Each piece is printed on 1/8” thick optical-grade acrylic with vibrant UV-cured inks and set in a high-quality finished MDF wood frame. Our shadowbox art pieces are handcrafted in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
